RULES AND REGULATION

NOTE! : These Rules are made to make an enjoyable Role-Playing environment on Interlacing Chains. Please try in the best of your ability to follow these rules. If you see any of these broken, please inform a Staff member.

Also know that this is an ANIME Role-playing site

I . GENERAL

1a. You may Role-Play however you like but we prefer that you use this type of Role-Playing because we will be doing a lot of fast paced role-playing. We like to keep things simple. If you do not like this style, then no one’s forcing you to do so.

All we ask is for you to use proper English. Please do not use any netlingo (ex. Lol) while RPing. You may use it during chatbox conversations or Out of Character (OOC)

*’s: To portray an action
Ex. *Walks into the shop* [Please try to RP in third person]
Italics: To portray a thought
Ex. God… this is so boring…
(Parentheses): To talk in OOC (Out of Character)
Ex. (Haha! I can’t believe your character did that!)

1b. Out of Character (OOC) does not affect the Role-Playing world. Please refrain from role-playing in the OOC section. That section is made for idle conversations with one another.

1c. Please keep everything at a PG-13 Level.We understand that Most of the role-playing will include a lot of violence and there will be some Personal Affection Role-Playing in this site however, we ask you to not go over the PG-13 rating.

1d. We ask you to be at least 13 years old when Joining Interlacing Chains. There will be material that will not be suitable for younger viewers.

1e. This site has a Banishment/Suspension System. Each member will get up to 3 warnings each. If you receive 3 warnings, you have a possibly of being suspended or banned. The rules will have the sort of punishments attach to them.

1f. Please limit yourself with the profanity. It is allowed on this site but when you’re using it in practically every other sentence or it is used to hurt someone outside of role-playing then it needs to stop. Swearing can hurt people in Role-play too so all we ask you is to inform the other person and try to make them understand that it personally hurt you. If the other person does not understand, then you have a right to report them.

1st offense: 1 warning
2nd offense: 1 warning
3rd offense: May Vary.

II. SEXUAL / VIOLENT CONTENT

2a. Sexual Content- There are many forms of this content being portrayed in a Role-Playing Forum. Again, we understand that there will be acts of affection on this site. You are allowed to have relationships with one another however there will be limits. Please avoid any forms of sex/cybering in the forums.[ We will, however, allow Kissing, Hugging, Holding Hands, and anything that is appropriate for the age rating of this site. ]

1st offense: 5 days suspension
2nd offense: 10 days suspension
3rd offense: Ban/Suspension will be discussion with the staff members.

2b. Signatures/Avatars can count as sexual content as well. Please do not post any pictures that have any traces of Hentai/Pornography. Yuri and Yaoi can sometimes count as well, depending on how severe it is. Please do not show any undergarments or anything revealing. Please use common sense. If you are unsure of a picture, please message a staff member to review it. Also, please don't stretch the page with your signatures or avatars. We suggest you to use a 100 x 100 avatar, signatures may vary. Please don't use real life photos of you. There will be a thread where you can post your picture if you wish to.

1st offense: ½ warning
2nd offense: 1 warning
3rd offense: 1 warning or 1 day suspension (varying on how severe this is)

2c. Violence- Note that there will be many violent scenes in this role-playing site but please try to avoid posting any content that includes an overuse of blood/gore. We are not as strict on this but if you must post something that is considered over the PG-13 level or truly morbid, please either put [M] on top of your post bolded or put it in a spoiler. That way, for those who want to read it may do so and for those who don’t can just avoid it.

1st offense: ½ warning
2nd offense: ½ warning
3rd offense: 1 warning

III. CHARACTER RULES

3a. Please limit yourself to only one account. Know that we are able to see IP addresses. If you have a sibling or family member please let us know beforehand or we will delete your account and count it as a warning. If you have a reason that could help us in the Role-Playing world, please PM (Private Message) a staff member.

1st offense: ½ warning and extra account deleted
2nd offense: 1 warning and extra account deleted
3rd offense: 2 day suspension

3b. DO NOT GODMODE. We understand it’s rather difficult but please, do try to avoid it. Your Stamina moves (Limited to 10 only) will be reviewed before you start using them. Do not claim another person’s actions; you can only claim your own. Please view the Fighting Handbook to learn how to fight correctly. More details will be there. Try to avoid making ridiculous things like Laser Beam guns or “undodgable” techniques. It’s appropriate to get hit sometimes. The warnings may vary since someone will tell you but if it’s continuous; we’ll talk to you or give you a possible punishment.

3c. DO NOT METAGAME. Meaning, do not use OCC information in the role-playing world.

Ex:
. If someone in the chat box says that Fukuzen Corp. A is going to ambush Person B, you may not appear there unless your character receive the information or you've gotten Person A’s consent to come.

Just avoid using real life information please. The warnings may vary since someone will tell you but if it’s continuous, we’ll talk to you or give you a possible punishment.

3d. Please be original when making your character. This is an original RPG site so do not use any Canon characters. Example of one is making an account named “Allen Walker” or "Naruto Uzumaki". Please do not steal any original ideas from animes either. You can certainly use a character's picture as long as you don't act like them.

IV.RESPECTING THE SITE

4a. Please do not intentionally hurt any member or staff member of this site. We all want peace in harmony on this site so try not to offend anyone in any way in real life. Note again that role-playing can affect other people’s feelings and although it is a game, you have a right to tell the other person what he/she said was a little hurtful.

1st offense: 1 warning
2nd offense: 1 warning
3rd offense: May Vary, possible suspension/ban
In character offense (and is not resolved): ½ warning to the offender

4b. Please do not Spam the site with useless post{s}. Let’s try to keep things neat and tidy. Definitely do not advertise on this site unless you have our consent to. The warnings may vary since someone will tell you but if it’s continuous; we’ll talk to you or give you a possible punishment.

4c. Do not insult the site where we find it offending. If you have constructive criticism or suggestions to make the site better, that’s fine but if you’re insulting it and “hating” on it, then please don’t even bother being here if you don’t like it.

3rd offense: May Vary.

In order to start Role-Playing here on Interlacing Chains, you need to collect two pieces of a quote. This here is the first half of the quote. " What good is the evidence. . ." In your application the question "Who did you PM" will appear. You are to get the quote from the Rules and Regulations and Fighting Handbook, send them to the Admin (me) to insure that you have read the rules and fighting handbook. Please send the quotes and name your PM "Application"After you get your application approved, you may start RPing
