"The Bar would be a cozy place where everyone is welcome to be around. It would have some tables, like a dinner, along with the bar,of course, to let the costumers more at ease and comfortable. The ambient would have dark walls and a wooden floor to pass security, besides that the illumination would be poor, just some in the tables, at the bar and on the stage, nothing to bright. If you could set your mind in something with a touch of an Indian style, then that's the appearance of this fellow bar."

*The Owner will be paid $5 a week by default + items sold.

Employee will also get a default pay of $5 a week as well but half the price of the item he/she sold. If it was the owner that sold it, then he/she will get the full price. If the owner didn't sell it, he/she will only get half.
